Contacted the dealership via phone after looking online at the bikes available, Came across a 2015 Street Glide - Radioactive Green. Ask ALOT of questions, the sales guy Donny was super helpful, set a time to come look at that bike and other on their website. Went in test rode the bike fell in love with it, very first Harley lol. My whole experience with Donny, Brain and everyone else at Route65 was amazing will recommend friends here. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to come and check this dealership out. We bought a 2007 Ultra Classic and they treated like we were their only customer. From sales to financial, the process was awesome and painless. They got us a great rate as well as threw in a couple of perks to boot. We were well informed every step of the way and they listened to our needs and concerns. It made us feel like we had known them for a long time and they truly cared about our experience. We will definitely go to them first with any needs in the future. Chris, Dave and Brian saved me from making a huge mistake! Almost strayed from the H-D brand after years with The Motor Company, and upon learning I was selling my bike, Chris reached out and put together a deal to keep me in the family. They also went all out to stay a little late at the dealership so I could pick up my new Heritage despite my flights being delayed returning from a business trip. I've been wanting a bike for as long as I can remember. A little over a year ago I saw that my dream could become a reality after certain other things were taken care of. While I worked on those "other things", I decided to start window-shopping and testing bikes out to make sure I had the right one for me when I did finally buy. Well, Scott put up with me for over a year of coming in, asking questions, test rides (well before I was ready to buy) and even thoughts that I would buy somewhere else since my wife's cousin owns a Harley dealership, too. But, the "family discount" was no match for the "family" I felt at Route 65. Whether I was looking at bikes, riding gear, or possible accessories, I was always treated like I was already a customer. And not just a customer, but a friend. Scott, Crystal, "Cruiser" or whomever I dealt with was always ready to answer questions and make sure I knew exactly what I was looking at or sharing their experiences so I could make the best decision.

Finally, after over a year, Scott got me onto a sweet FatBoy Lo. Chris was awesome when I wanted to do some customizing and he had to get the financing updated so I could add some accessories. As of right now, I'm still waiting to bring my purchase home. But, I know it's in good hands while I'm waiting for parts to get installed. Thank you to everyone at Route 65 who has helped, and I know will continue to help me as my riding days begin. SEE YOU AT BIKE NIGHT!
